ABOUT ME
I'm Adam Schwartz. For twenty years, I've been the Creative Director at EF Education First—a global education company operating in dozens of markets. My job? Make the brand smarter, weirder, and more resilient than it was yesterday.
That means defending bold ideas, killing safe ones, and building systems that don't just scale—they evolve. I've led rebrands that shifted how people see education. I've greenlit work that made stakeholders nervous and audiences obsessed. And I've done it while keeping the trains running.
Here's what happens when you stick around long enough to earn trust: the job grows with you. I started as the person defining how the brand looked and sounded. Over time, that expanded—into product strategy, into technology decisions, into new market launches. When the business needed someone to bridge creative, tech, and commercial goals, they stopped looking elsewhere. I became the person in the room who could speak all three languages and translate between them.
I've built design systems that held up across dozens of countries. I've shaped digital platforms from concept to deployment. I've walked into boardrooms to sell work that didn't exist yet and walked out with budget and belief. The role evolved because I kept solving problems that weren't in my job description—until they were.
What keeps me going is momentum. Watching people do career-best work and setting new standards in creative excellence. I'm happiest building things that last—brands people trust, systems that don't fall apart under pressure, and work that feels right while delivering results.
