As Creative Director, I spearheaded the strategic overhaul of EF’s highest-value digital touchpoint: the tour product page. The goal was to move the brand beyond a static product catalog into a dynamic decision-support platform. We needed to transform a transactional browsing experience into an emotional journey that balanced aspirational storytelling with the rigorous utility required by educators.
